Our dice are mainly made of acrylic materials, metal, resin, wood products, etc. Using advanced paint pigments, combined with professional technology and team design, we bring you the perfect dice.

Service Questions

Dear friend, the normal estimated delivery time for international freight is usually between 7 and 28 days, (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.) and the specific logistics information is also required. Customers should expect all international shipments to be delayed in delivery. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience.

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Import duties, taxes, and potential government charges are not included in the item price or international shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Due to the number of countries we ship to and the multitude of tax laws, there is just no way for us to determine what those charges may or may not be. If you have any questions, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.

If you have not received the tracking number, it usually means that the shipping email we sent you is marked as spam. You can try checking the tracking number in the spam folder of your email, or contact us. However, don't worry:) All shipped orders have tracking functionality, and if you ask, we will provide you with information.

If there is a tracking number message indicating signed for, 1. You can check if your address is correct. 2. You can contact the logistics service provider to inquire about the specific logistics situation and negotiate a second delivery.

If the product you like is temporarily out of stock, you can contact us to obtain a time for re listing.
